Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- International Orders: 10–20 business days

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on our website.
4. Order Tracking

10. Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately depending on product availability.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for authorized split shipments unless otherwise stated during checkout.
11. Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss for purchased products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier or, where required by applicable law, upon delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer.
